We are so excited that you’re looking to open your heart to a pug! As a small volunteer team, we have designed this process to ensure every pug receives the time, care, and attention they deserve.
Beyond the Basics: Our Commitment to Health
When a pug enters our rescue, we do so much more than vaccinations. We provide comprehensive rehabilitation, including:
- Medical Care: Dentals, bloodwork, heartworm treatment, and eye care.
- Wellness: Skin and ear infection treatment, flea prevention, and strict weight loss programs.
- Development: Daily exercise, socialization, and confidence building.
Please Note: We are not a "flip" rescue. We do not rush placements to move dogs quickly. We wait for the perfect family, and we will not adopt out a pug until they are healthy and at an ideal weight.
